Digital Marketing Manager:
We seek a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will bring a unique combination of data-driven analysis and creative thinking to pilot different approaches, ultimately doubling down on the ones that drive impactful results. The primary focus will be on leveraging digital channels, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, for lead generation and nurturing. Ultimately, the effectiveness of the role will be measured in helping the clients best served by what we do at Capitalmind, discover and come on board.
Responsibilities:
Execution Excellence:
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach, piloting different strategies to identify high-performing tactics.
Data-Driven Analysis:
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Make informed decisions and optimizations based on key performance indicators.
Creative Thinking:
- Bring a creative mindset to campaign ideation and content creation.

Strategic Piloting:
- Develop and implement a strategy for piloting different digital approaches.
- Identify and prioritize strategies that demonstrate the most promising results.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Focus on driving high-quality leads through targeted digital campaigns.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing initiatives to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, showcasing a track record of successful execution.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Should be able to write convincing copy that adheres to who we are.
- Working knowledge of digitital analytics, SEO, Email marketing, performance measurement tools (illustrative list: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Intercom)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (good to have).
